Domestic Shipping
When will my order ship?
After completing your order, you can view all the previous orders on your account and monitor the specific order using the provided tracking ID. Immediately your package is shipped you will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours.
What are the delivery charges?
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all $60+ orders USA. No matter where you're located, you can enjoy our products without worrying about shipping fees.
How long will delivery take?
Typically, most of our domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days of the purchase date, according to feedback from our customers. Please note that these are estimated time frames—some packages may arrive sooner, while delays can occur due to internal processing, transitions between shipping centers and other unforeseen factors.
Can I correct or change the delivery address of my order?
Yes, you can change your shipping address within 30 minutes of placing your order by submitting a support ticket. A representative will respond to your request. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Reshipment of Orders Due to Incorrect Address:
We will process your refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. You can place a new order at your convenience on our official website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
WOWMD® cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address provided in the order. If you believe your package has been misplaced after being confirmed as delivered, please contact USPS or DHL to open a claim. We will verify the delivery to the provided address, including the date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details, to assist you in completing the claim.
International shipping
All orders will be shipped via DHL, United States Postal Service Priority International, or Express Mail International unless otherwise noted. Tracking numbers will be provided. Please note that tracking information will only be available after the package has been delivered. Shipping rates may vary depending on international locations.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. We do not collect these fees from you. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with your country’s/local policies regarding taxes and duties. Additionally, it is your responsibility to ensure that your country’s Customs Department permits the shipment of our products and to understand any duties or tariffs that may apply upon delivery. We cannot provide a refund for the shipping of any package if it is refused by you or customs due to regulations, taxes, or duties. If customs seizes the order for any reason and does not return it to us, we cannot issue a refund.

What happens if I refuse to pay the customs duties or taxes (if applicable)?
If applicable duties or taxes are not paid, the package may be returned to us or held by customs. In such cases, It is the customer's responsibility to return the product to us. WOWMD® will not be involved in any communication with the customs or courier partner regarding the return. Any return shipping costs or fees incurred will also be the customer's responsibility. A refund will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, provided the product is returned within 60 days from the order date. No refund will be issued if the product is not returned to us within the specified time.
